of Jackie Jin as Head of Research and Rachel Liu as Head of Client Service
Kantar Media CIC (KMCIC) as one of the China's leading social business
intelligence providers, announces research experts Jackie Jin and Rachel
Liu as the new Head of Research and Head of Client Service to the
business. With the return to Jean Jiang - Director of Technology and
Research development, KMCIC finished its key leadership team upgrade.
Jackie Jin owns a master's degree in marketing from University of Leeds, UK, and she has been working in consumer research and media research industry for over 12 years. As the former Head of Knowledge & Innovation Center who left in September 2014, returned after three years as Head of Research. Jackie Jin rejoined as a key member of KMCIC's expanding leadership team, who will in charge of research offering with her rich professional knowledge and practical experience in the industry. She will be also responsible for developing distinctive and valued quality products with a professional consulting perspective to improve and broaden KMCIC products range;
Rachel Liu will be the main in charge person of daily business, team management, client service, while leading the research team for providing professional business consultancy. By managing the overall operation of business unit, Rachel will focus on further resolve the difficulties in getting insight from digital faced by clients, as well as helping KMCIC to maintain its leading position in social business on the basis of assisting brands for informing decision making. Before joining, Rachel Liu has more than 7 years research consulting and 2 years digital marketing experience, in paricular with automobile, FMCG, tourism and agency industries.
In December 2017, product technology expert Jean Jiang was appointed as Kantar Media CIC's Director of Technology Research and Development, mainly responsible for automated product development, optimizing internal performance and simplifying processes for clients, especially for upgrading and automating IWOM Explorer and IWOM Cooperator, which have been widely used in the market for years.
