In the first comprehensive overview of the development of Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM) in China, Shanghai based IWOM research and consulting firm CIC analyzes the development of social media in China.

Topics One and Two of "The Internet is THE Community": IWOM White Paper Series on IWOM Development in China will be released on November 25, 2008 to coincide with CIC CEO Sam Flemming's hosting of a panel at AdTech Shanghai where he will moderate a discussion on Internet Word of Mouth in China: Brands Engaging with Real People, Real Talk and Real Community.
