Diversified workshop:

 

  • CIC has a special program called “CIC shine”, in which the members are all recent graduates who possess strong professional potential. The purpose of the program is to develop their skill set and apply it to the IWOM industry. Click here to learn about the opening of the 1st Shine Program.
  • CIC holds different training sessions every month to improve presentation skills and business etiquette and to increase Shine members’ knowledge of Internet technology and marketing management.   • CIC holds various workshops and staff roundtables every quarter. The goal of these events is to stimulate the communications between staff as well as provide a platform to share CIC intelligence.

Free, Independent, Brave, Breakthough:

 

  • "Brave-heart" is awarded to those CIC employees with an open mind, who excel in professional performance and show dedication to CIC.
  • "Breakthrough Mindset" is awarded to CIC employees who think “out of the box” and implement a new mindset to explain the Internet Community research and technical development.
  • "Suggestion Box" is a box for CIC employees to submit their suggestions to CIC life. "Radio Station” functions as a place for CIC staff members to make announcements and initiate the monthly birthday ceremony. CIC promotes a free and independent atmosphere and takes a "Bottom-up" approach to management.
